Hello everyone,

With the World Cup kicking off you local Safer Neighbourhood Team wants to ensure everyone has a brilliant and safe time.

To keep our streets enjoyable for all residents please keep the following guidelines in mind while celebrating.

Know the street drinking rules: please remember that Enfield operates borough wide Public Space Protection Order (PSPO). If police officer or council enforcement officer asks you to stop drinking or hand over your alcohol in a public space, you must comply. Refusal can lead to a fine.

Stay within pub boundaries: many local venues have extended outdoor seating. Please keep your drinks within these designated areas

Respect the late kick-offs: Because the matches are hosted in North America, many games will finish late UK time. Please be mindful of your neighbours when walking home late night or celebrating at home.

Lets show the best of our community spirit during the tournament. If you need to report non-emergency anti-social behaviour, you can do so online via the MET police website or by calling 101. In emergency always dial 999.
